PLATELET RICH PLASMA

Dubbed the “Vampire Facial”, this is a relatively simple procedure that gives impressive results. Blood is drawn from the patient and then processed, which leads to the isolation of what is called platelet-rich plasma, or PRP for short. This is then re-injected into areas where the patient desires to plump up the skin, rehydrating the dermis and improving its surface-level appearance. PRP can treat wrinkles, dehydrated skin, skin laxity, acne scars, and much more.

NON-ABLATIVE FRACTIONAL LASER

The Non-Ablative Fractional Laser is an advanced platform available at our skin laser clinic. Treatments are an excellent remedy for skin that has sustained damage as a result of long-term exposure to UVA and UVB rays, recurring breakouts, or from hormonal skin conditions such as melasma. The machine utilises a wavelength of 1550nm and does not ablate or remove the skin’s surface; rather, it leaves the skin intact between the Fractional Laser’s microcolumns, which encourages faster wound healing.

MEDICAL GRADE FACIALS

Professional-use only products can remedy blemishes, improve uneven skin tones, and unblock clogged pores. In combining facialist techniques with specific ingredients and compounds, we can utilise Medical Grade Facials as part of a low-intensity skin health and maintenance regime, with no downtime incurred.

MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling, known under various device-related names including Dermarolling, is a procedure based on the principles of Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT). Each ‘pass’ of the multi-needle treatment device induces microscopic wounds, which the body then repairs by producing collagen and elastin at the skin level. Scars, medium depth lines, low elasticity and skin collagen content all show improvement as a result of treatments.

MEDICAL GRADE SKINCARE

Essential for preparing the skin in advance of certain treatments, our medical grade skincare options include the take-home ZO, Nuderm and CRX Systems from Obagi’s main line of products as well as Croma.

SWT/IPL LASER AND HAIR REMOVAL

Elipse’s SWT/IPL Laser Skin Rejuvenation technology targets excess hair, skin pigmentation, redness, vascular matting, sun damaged skin and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This machine, available exclusively at our laser and skin clinic, utilises Selective Waveband Technology, ensuring shorter, more effective treatments, with an average of six sessions required per area.

OBAGI ZO SYSTEM SKIN PEELS

With an emphasis on “skin health” as opposed to “skin care”, Obagi ZO Skin Peels reconstruct the skin on a cellular level. Alongside a variety of preparatory products, ZO peels target clear-cut issues and are an excellent remedy for pigmentation, loss of elasticity, enlarged pores, and related signs of ageing. From the ZO line, we offer the Melanin System, Medical Invisapeel, Ossential Stimulator Peel, Stimulation Peel, At Home Peel, 3 Step Peel, and Radiance Peel.

SKIN LESION REMOVAL

Various techniques can be employed for the removal of skin lesions, although some are more suitable than others. At Age Reversal Clinic, we carefully excise and stitch larger lesions, and lightly shave lesions of a more minor circumference. Common removal cases include cysts, skin tags, lipomas, and moles.

FACE LIFTING AND TIGHTENING

One of the best minimally invasive alternatives to conventional face lifting, facial soft tissues affected by gravitational descent can be suspended, restoring a more youthful contour to the face. Using a special technique, the skin is anchored to the underlying structures of the face and stimulates the production of collagen.

Nd:YAG LASER THREAD VEIN REMOVAL

Facial and leg veins resulting from UV damage, inflammatory skin conditions or vascular conditions can be treated with the Nd:YAG laser, which delivers high energy pulses into affected areas. Each burst of laser energy acts to vapourise the blood inside the vein, causing it to disappear. The body then expels the remaining vein fragments, and the visibility of veins and associated redness reduce. This method can also be used to treat vascular conditions, such as cherry angiomas, Morgan de Campbell spots and venous lakes.

Nd:YAG NAIL FUNGUS TREATMENT

Yellowing, cracked and brittle toenails can be symptoms of a fungal infection. Whilst various prescription and non-prescription ointments exist for this problem, it can take many weeks or months to see improvement. With Nd:YAG laser, we can kill the organisms responsible for fungal toenail infections, prevent the spread of infection, and restore a healthy pink hue to affected nails.

MICROPIGMENTATION AND TATTOOING

Medical Micropigmentation can be used to cover post-masectomy scars, as well as other types of post-surgical scars on the face and body. This procedure deposits a hypoallergenic pigment into the skin via a small medical tattooing device. To achieve full coverage, two treatments may be required, with future touch ups needed if the pigment fades over time.

EARLOBE REDUCTION

Over time, wearing heavy earrings may elongate the shape of the earlobes. Additionally, earlobes can become torn by accident, necessitating repair. Earlobe rejuvenation and repair are simple in-clinic procedures that can reliably address these concerns with minimal pain and downtime.
