All patient notes, treatment details and contact information are confidential and your clinic is obliged to store and manage this information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
For all incoming patients, an initial hour-long consultation is required. This is obligatory and allows patients to make an informed decision prior to undertaking any treatment at Age Reversal's aesthetics clinics in Grove Park and Brentwood. This must be booked in advance via our online contact form, by email, or by phone. The consultation must always take place before any treatment is performed at our clinic. We recommend arriving around 10 minutes in advance of your first visit to complete our medical history forms.
Depending on findings and/or the procedures recommended, treatments may be performed on the same day as the initial consultation. Alternatively, an additional appointment may be required. Beyond the initial consultation, payment must be made both in full and in advance of all subsequent appointments. We do not accept walk-ins for consultations or treatments, and additional consultations beyond the first complimentary session will incur a set fee.
Our prices are competitive and reflected accurately on our website. Special offers, which we run from time to time, must be redeemed and paid for online, via phone, or in-clinic before the expiration date. Discounted treatments are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel a booking with us, you may do so via our online contact form, email, or phone. This must be done at least 48 hours in advance of any consultation or appointment booking. In cases where a treatment has been booked and paid for and cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, we will deduct a set cancellation fee, or – in cases where appointments are missed entirely - a no-show penalty (percentage value). These fees will be payable in advance of your next appointment.
In order for us to maintain high customer service standards, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel and reschedule your consultation or treatment booking.
Prior to all consultations and appointments, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking with us. At the time of your visit, we will provide you with copies of all relevant information, including leaflets, aftercare advice, and emergency contact details. We do not process refunds on full price treatments that have been undertaken. We can process refunds on all full price procedures that have not yet been undertaken, minus processing and administration fees.
